The setting was great and amazing.

Convenient location close to car rental, the Grand Canal, and a taxi. Plus, it's a stone's throw away from St Mark's Square! 🚖😍 The whole vacation was comfortable from start to finish.

Well we really enjoyed this place, spent 4 unforgettable days here. The apartment was close to Marco Polo airport, only 15 km. New-fashioned and amazingly comfortable rooms with character, had everything needed. The ambience was quiet.

Excellent location, right next to the canal and water taxi stop. Walking distance to Rialto and St. Marks. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Owner provided helpful directions and communication before our stay.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for! the host Isabella was so friendly and gave us great tips on where to go. the apartment was clean and well located, with a comfortable bed and a charming balcony overlooking the canal. We loved the fact that it was just a short walk away from St Marks Square and the Academia Bridge. Plus, the music from the nearby conservatory added such a romantic touch to our stay!

We found that some basic necessities were missing, like dish detergent and laundry detergent. the soap dispenser in the main bedroom was also broken.

our recent stay in venice was wonderful, but San Marco Romantic Dream surpassed all expectations. the quiet location near the water and charming balcony made it feel like home. the apartment was homely and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the music from the nearby school. we'll definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at this charming and spacious apartment in Venice. The balcony overlooking the canal was a highlight, and I enjoyed breakfast and dinner there while listening to the beautiful music from the nearby conservatory. The location was perfect, close to St Marks Square, the Grand Canal, and museums. The apartment had everything I needed, including a well-functioning shower, air conditioning, and enough cutlery and glasses. The host was also very accommodating and understanding when I had to change my arrival time due to a theft incident. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Venice.

I recently stayed at the San Marco Romantic Dream for five days and had a wonderful experience. The Italian-style apartment had a very good bathroom and was in a great location close to all the main attractions. The check-in process was easy and the owner, Davide, was extremely helpful and responsive.

This lovely apartment is ideally located, close to everything we needed. It's just a short walk from the airport ferry and the Grand Canal, and a stone's throw away from St. Mark's Square. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful furnishings giving it a real Venetian vibe. The bathroom was clean and modern, with all the amenities we could ask for. The friendly service and thorough instructions made check-in a breeze. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dishwasher. this place felt like a home away from home.

The noise from the fridge in the kitchen was a bit bothersome, but it didn't affect our sleep in the main bedroom.

The two bathrooms were a bonus, making it convenient for my family. The fully equipped kitchen was a delight, allowing me to cook my favorite meals. And the balcony provided amazing city views, adding to the magical atmosphere of Venice.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the flat-screen TV with cable channels. But hey, to each their own!
